Ever since I was a kid I've always loved Sonic. He's my favorite pokemon.

i was a kid living in las vegas when i would play this, so of course it was my favorite level. and living in a 7th floor apartment, i could look over my shoulder and see the Strip through the back door while playing this...damn, nostalgia is killing me

This zone is subtly demented. The enemy is greed. If you aren't careful you'll gamble your time away and die. Brilliant game design.

I seriously love the background in this part. I wish I was roaming around the huge Casino city like that.

My favorite level! The music, the whole feel of the board. I love it! So nostalgic.

though i was born in ‘99, the sega genesis was the only console we had for a few years. sonic 2 was my very first video game i ever played, and casino zone was the absolute best level of any sonic game.

Born 1980-1987 remember playing this game at Christmas 1992 = Thumbs up.

HOLY SMACKS! After so many months, I've finally found it lol. So this is the Sonic that I remember as a little kid.

this was my favorite zone. I grew up near Portland, OR and have fond memories of seeing the city at night when we'd go visit my dad at work. and for some reason I always attributed the night time skyline with the one in this zone.

My favorite level ever, next is green hill zone the music is iconic

I like how the designers just nonchalantly added gambling to a kids game. The sole reason I played the hell out of this level.

Awww I hate when people make sonic turn into that yellow super sonic at 0:59. It makes the background music change and loop over and over, plus, it’s less challenge since it makes you invincible.

0:58 Is there a cheat used on this game? Because when you got stars you didn't open a box for them 🤔 I don't ever remember sonic turning yellow either on getting stars. As well as they didn't really last long and definitely never still had stars once reaching botnik. when you lost all your ring in the slot machine bit you should of died the second time when you got all them spike things ss you had no rings left. Only wondering as I used to play this all the time
