However, despite that, it was from that point forward seen as so complete, it got put on the backburner so developers could focus on other zones. tragically, it was at the point not until the last week or so of development that the devs returned to Hidden Palace Zone, only to realize that the amount of work they had yet to do was more than they expected. There simply wasn't time, and the game already struggled to fit within a 1MB cartridge... In this timeline, however, they figured it out just in the Nick of time, and Hidden Palace got its time to shine as one of Sonic 2's most memorable zones!

God, I love how all of these key swaps embody all sorts of mood changes. Some are eerie, some are whimsical, some are even cheery! Normally all you get online is the eerie stuff, so it's lovely hearing all sorts of moods coming out of these key swaps.

Sonic 2 Bad Future Edition, at least some of the Tracks sound like that

I actually really like the Death Egg Robot's theme here. You could plop the third bit before the loop into the original and it would work. A glint of hope reminding you of what's at stake against this towering, terrifying adversary...

I Have heard this remix and your sonic 3 one (which I will comment on also to increase engagement) and they are one of the most well done sonic remixes I have ever heard and I scencerly enjoy how you've remixed all of the soundtrack and visualizing it using contrasting imagery to that we are fimiliar with that arent just an inverese of the colors we already know, that alone provides a fresh look into levels that I have been deeply familiar with a great chunk of my life, I can't express how much I like the fact you have spent the time and clear effort to get this project done in one full piece, I also like while being a swap remix there are certain instruments which are given new volume no only throught the swap but due to I presume a choice you've made, it feels very increadibly fresh, Hell! your remixes to me are better than the originals in some cases and the others they are equal, my favorite is argubly the final zone as it now feels like a triumphant battle of good, an invitable defeat of evil while the original felt somewhat like a genaric "This is the end >:(" moment, and this is the first time I have ever enjoyed listening to oil ocean!, over all this is an increadibly well done piece of work and I am very increadibly glad that I was recomended these videos and I'll definetelly stick around to see what else you come up with!
