Sony 65" A80J OLED Unboxing, Setup and 4K HDR Video Demos

The instructions & manuals are useless for showing the narrow foot setting. I hope Sony is aware of this issue. I was searching all over. Such a waste of time. This video explains it very well, good job TellyDan !

Just hooked mine up using USB 3.0 to ethernet adapter instead of WIFI and get nearly double speed or 500 MB. Had mine since last October.

Insane contrast setting. There's totally no shadows. Only deep blacks. My monitor Dell U2717D IPS settings: Brightness 75% Contrast 75%. I saw this great TV at BestBuy today it can show shadows well but this recording above is not accurate representation. But it lacks brightness a bit and autodims if it's too much white in the scene. Bestbuy show room was well lit though.

Hi have a good day, I want to ask you a question about this tv model SONY 65A80J, Actually when I watched other unboxing videos the tv box itself was different from yours, and I noticed some thing that your TV has 1 regular Antenna input and 2 Satellite inputs and you mentioned it in 9:53 in your video, but in the different unboxing videos of this exact model tv, there was only a simple antenna input! Could you please tell me the region of your TV or exact model? I wanna buy it and I don't wanna buy the wrong one, thank you so much 🙏

Brother, you showed how to put battery in remote in slow video, but the important 'stand assembly' in fast forward mode?!

I just got my A80J 2 days ago but here in Australia our remotes don't have the record button and the TV doesn't have any coaxial inputs at all.

Hi just wondering what the best 65 inch tv you would recommend so many to choice from looking at around about just under or over 1000 pounds and finally what do you think of Hisense I have to admit my choices are Samsung or Sony I no LG are good but don’t fancy the burning screen sorry for,all the questions so,confused thanks😎

5:12 despite the great instructions; I still managed to spend at least an hour working out how to get the narrow legs. Then I found out it still wouldn’t fit on top of TV unit. Good times 😅

Could you please tell me where the power button is on the tv itself??? I do tech support over the phone and have tried to tell people but we don't have images and I can't find the answer ANYWHERE.

Could anyone tell me please if my connections are OK? HDMI 4 (Enhanced Dolby Vision) - Blu ray 4k Dolby Vision. HDMI 3 eArc (Standard) - soundbar. HDMI 2 (Standard) - Nintendo Switch. The soundbar is connected to the TV via earc, Nintendo Switch + Blu ray player are also connected to the TV. Thanks.

Are we nuts about how big are TV s are just go watch the event...no joking the big TV s are amazing....I was asked to keep and I and stay at my neighbors house while they away for two weeks and had to watch their 72 inch flat screen... chasing Maverick s was one movie picture was insane more impressive was the sound...big too...they need to come on wheels they are too heavy...just gave away a 55 boy it was hard to lift and heavy.... Ive just got this TV and I love it to bits , one thing that concerns me is some netflix and some movies watch have black bars top and bottom , I was wondering if you knew if this could cause long term burn in issues ?

I'm not gonna say what company I work for but what would you choose between LG G1(65) $2058 or a80j (65) $1908? Would you still choose the a80j?

...gotta be careful not to get the oil from your finger prints on the TV screen when handling it cause that could cause you to have permanent fingerprints stuck on your beautiful, expensive screen.

Lovely TV, great picture and sound, but AWFUL build quality, mine came with a slightly bent frame at the top.. returned immediately.. I'm guessing because they are so thin this might happen, but never thought it would come from a Sony
