Sony PVM-9L1 RGB mod part 2: red color fix and blanking fix 

Got both the red color issue and the blanking issue fixed by installing a better toggle switch and reflowing the wire for the red color signal along with hot glue to prevent the wires from touching each other.
Granted, it needs minor adjustments on the H STAT to make it more sharper once I order the flash cart and a 32GB SD card to install the 240p test for the Genesis Model 1.
