✳︎Ingredients / makes 4
◆Bread dough
・Bread flour : 160g
*If you divide it into two bowls, about half each, the yeast will melt well and you won't fail easily
[Bowl A]
・Yeast : 3g (1 tsp)
・Sugar : 18g(2 tbsp)
・Beaten egg : 26g
・Milk(40°C) : 90cc
[Bowl B]
・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)
・Unsalted butter : 20g
◆Filling
・Cream cheese : 64g
・Apple Compote ▼
Cut one apple (about 200g) into pieces and microwave it with 30g of sugar for 4 minutes at 600w.I then added a few drops of vanilla essence. I think it would be delicious with cinnamon too!
*Please drain and cool before use.
◆For finishing
・Beaten egg, as needed
・Sliced almond, as needed
・Icing sugar, as needed ▼
Add a few drops of water to 30 g of powdered sugar(for icing sugar), and mix well until the mixture has the right consistency.
✴︎Rising time
First time : About 25 min (40℃) / Second time : About 20 min (40℃)
*Time is only a guide, so please adjust it according to how the dough puffs up
*Preheat the oven just before the end of the second fermentation.
✴︎Baking time
Bake at 200°C for 11 min
