Not to mention that the classic AI operates on its own set of physics, as they are much heavier to make the car grippier avoiding any unintentional loss of control (and to avoid players cheesing it by ramming the car). You can easily notice this by seeing how Sophy's car reacts when you collide against it vs the classic AI (feels like hitting a massive brick)
some youtube comments said that this version of sophie is already trained for these specific tracks and cars so there's no heavy computing is going on the background.
@@sorrowinchrist3387 These type of AIs are always learning dude, they don't get stuck at a single level or algorithm. This new AI is still on development, as many new AIs are right now, such as Midjourney, which is used to generate all sorts of images with insane quality.
I think current Sophy “look ahead” is still quite low so it doesn’t make a decision to avoid player vehicles until much too late. Might need some yellow flag recognition built in!
Considering it was billed as a racer that uses game inputs just like any other racer and I made the silly assumption that ment it would run on the cloud and be accessible by anyone on all platforms. No. But I guess it's my mistake they weren't clear about that 🤔
