Pictures don't show how you actually look. I can find pictures of me 10 years ago, which looked better and also plenty which look much worse. As a hobby photographer, I used to take pictures of people - and good angle, light, pose etc can make a difference between an absolutely disgusting picture, and a very nice one. If you are already an attractive /above average guy (6+) and have been working on your income I think that you DO peak in your late 20’s early 30’s. Because you are still youthful enough to have attractive features but you’ve aged a bit to have more masculine and mature features as well, while also having a good job etc. After about 34 or 35 though your looks start to slowly go away and you become more reliant on what you have.
Once you have to rely on what you "have" it's over. Lowering your T with beer while you have quite a lot of T left won’t hurt you as much when you’re 20 but it will lower your T, the small difference at 25 could be make or break if you still had it, at 50. Me personally, I’ve been obese, over 33% bodyfat, for years actually. Losing it is harder than getting fat in the first place but not getting legit fat isn’t that hard. It really isn’t. I got fat as a kid when I didn’t know Jack shit. It you’re over 20 and not fat you shouldn’t become fat, simple as. You don’t have to be shredded or whatever, for many weight gain is cyclical and they get a bit fat, dial it in, get a bit fat, dial it in, that’s fine. It’s easy though, not to become as fat as I was or fatter, as an adult with a rudimentary understanding of nutrition. No excuse for not spotting it and preventing it if you’re like 40% bodyfat or whatever. Exercise is also incredibly easy if you’re not injured. I’ve got shoulder impingement and kyphosis/scoliosis (medically confirmed, not just my opinion), and messed up knees and pelvic tilt from having pronated ankles/flat feet. I do a lot of special exercises most people don’t need to do really - but the regular bodybuilding stuff I do as well, that’s easy as hell. Bicep curls, easy as hell. Even most people with injuries can do something, like me, I just don’t train shoulders (except to heal my impingement, superspinatus and rotator cuff stuff, not trying to get boulder shoulders) and it’s not ruined my physique. You can just do some really basic stuff. Calf raises, bicep curls, maybe some dumbell rows, I think chest and squats are acceptable to just skip, if you’re not up to it. You won’t become Mr Olympia like that but you can train around injuries and around the fact that you’re very out of shape even. No excuse for not doing like 30 min proper exercise a week or more. I’ve had to alter my diet considerably, basically cutting out vegetable oil, sweetners, soy, just to maintain normal health as I was getting nuked by daily migraines and was very lethargic. Ever since I was like 18 I’ve been training around injuries/disability. Normal people got zero excuse for completely letting go, that’s there prerogative I suppose.

In my experience based on objective facts and observation. I've found that women including younger women prefer older men closer to 25-30 in all cases. I have seen this all my life, not just in my own life but in other mens lives i've seen this and heard about it. The same story again and again. Women prefer and choose older men, infact men much older then they are. The caveat is if those men take care of themselves. Men DO age like fine wine, but only if they take care of themselves. Some men bloom early even when they are teenagers and end up attracting young women their age. But for alot of men they bloom late and don't start becoming attractive until their later years. The truth is that 66% of men have hair loss by 35 and I noticed that by 35 (which is still very young) MOST men have beer guts. Waiting until you're older if you're out of luck with women is worth trying if you're content with a woman who's past her prime, won't actually love or appreciate you and just needs someone to work for her and likely divorce/cheat on down the road. If you're one of the rare guys who gets female interest when you're young, consider yourself lucky. If not, cut your losses and accept you'll need to find joy in other things. I believe you can actually learn to deal with it fairly well.

I'm 45. The reality is Man or Woman your body ages in direct proportion to how well you treat it. I think Men have a slight advantage in that wrinkles don't impact our looks as negatively, and we generally can stay in/get in shape faster than Women due to testosterone. I know Women and Men who still look good in their 40s, and just as many who don't. Most that don't already looked like sh!t by 30 though...
you guys also never consider that women go through pregnancy when you don't. Pregnancy changes women's bodies/health! That's a lot of stress that men don't go through, but hey instead of appreciating it, you guys talk about how u age better well no shit sherlock

Tell a retired roofer, bricklayer, ditchdigger, ect.. how it's tougher to carry a baby for 9 months than work with your body for 30+ years... Yeah, Men don't have to suffer through carrying/birthing babies. We do the physical labor for society though and we always have. So, until I see a crew of all ladies build, repair, or maintain something REAL as in tangible/quantifiable. I'll continue to consider Men the true laborers of the world.

Even in a developed country like the USA...80% of women will be mothers by 35-40 and experience its hormonal changes. 80% of Men in the USA are not doing physically intense blue collar work.

Honestly I think this is one if not his best video. When I first started watching redpill content I saw many men say just work on yourself bro and when your 30+ you will have the resources to attract women. First they will never lead to a genuine relationship. Second I would be paying for something another man has got for free. Third this isn’t really true because women don’t even like older men like that the women at my school date guys around their age. They may use older men for money but they don’t actually like them. A lot of women my age I’m 21 btw see guys in their 30s and 40s as old and disgusting.
Wheat you've got some good stuff. But you can't use Mathew Perry to back this up. The bloke was an alcoholic and drug addict and never worked out. If a man takes care of himself, trains, eats well etc then he will most likely age very well. Women are natural consumers. They love finding and measuring and comparing value among things. For instance, they love shiny rocks not for their usefulness but it's rarity or how few can own it (exclusivity). While common rocks or glass just as shiny are not desired because everyone can own it. If a silly fashion trend suddenly becomes a hit for a season, women will follow the trend because by wearing it, her value increases. Likewise women want a rare, highly seeked out man. Because by locking him down in a relationship, her value is solidified. If 6ft tall men were to norm, women will demand 6.5. The height itself or even the looks is not the most important factor for women, it's how their value will increase by Dating. Women trade in old hand bags for a newer better one, but we have a word for when they do this to men: hypergamy. If a friend zoned nice guy suddenly started to get massive attention from women (say he had a huge youtube channel, got on the news for heroics, wrote a best seller, started a band, etc...) he will start to look more attractive to the women that friend zoned him because he the kind of guy now that can validate their value as women. Love is a thing of the past, before the consumer age.

Waiting is the mistake: you only lose value as you age. The idea is to gain more value over time and very few accomplish that. In theory, gaining more than you lose from aging can happen up until 45 for the most successful men. If you are in poor shape, it could be as little as 35 or even 25.

Biggest mistake most guys make is their dating "strategy". Most guys never dated a single girl during High School BEFORE they went to College. But when you're still in High School you have the most opportunities to meet attractive, young girls who probably never had a boyfriend and didn't slay 1000 boys before. I really regret that I never dated during High School and never approached a girl when I was 18, 19 and even 20. Once you start going to college, you will quickly notice that it's pretty much over. Girls in college start gaining confidence, hit on guys and start going to Clubs on a regular basis. They also start using dating apps which boosts their ego and their supply of guys. To be honest, most of the girls I met in college already had a boyfriend. What was left were the unattractive, fat Beccies who are just too ugly for Online Dating. So please don't make the same mistake. Start approaching girls during school and don't rely on college because it's just a nightmare when it comes to dating.

I used to believe in the "men age like fine wine" BS. Until i looked at pictures from 5-7 years ago. I had thicker hair and more muscle while being leaner. Thats when i got the most women. Now my hair is thinning and im not lean like before. Not looking forward to my 40s and 50s unless i become a millionaire out of thin air
