Sound Bath for Grounding 

The deep sound of Green Gold, the lowest-pitched bowl in my set, is great for grounding our energy. The calming, clear sound sound of this bowl comes from the clear quartz. When playing the Green Gold bowl, I often set my intention towards healing in the lower part of the body. The vibrations draw your energy towards the ground, from the sacral chakra down through to the feet, to release any tension down into the earth.
