I like singing bowls. :) Always so relaxing. I have seen so many different kinds-and so many different kinds of things to play them with. Some are just long sticks with a ball at the end, others look like mallets, some look like the rods you have there-I even saw a really thick one with a big handle that kinda looked like a lint roller. :) When the lady was using that one, she put her other hand in the bowl. Do all these things make different sounds? Thank you.
I ended last night with this video and last night was one of the best nights of sleep I have had in 3 weeks. My routine was: shower, shave, drink a cup of warm passion flower tea, all lights off, head phones in ears, listen to this video, head phones out, and finally get some much needed sleep.
