Soundpeats Air 4 - Does it fit your needs? 

I like their engine 4, opera 05 and true free classics. Great noise isolation on the 4 and classic for work.

SOUNDPEATS engine 4 with treble boost is pretty fantastic. Or a custom eq to boost the high end. They compare to wired iems with excellent bass. Spinfit cp360 tips make it better, not a fan of their “gel tips”

If it has no eartips I can’t use em lol. I figured these would be like AirPods Pro.
