I bought English muffins from the store a couple of months ago and they made me sick. 🙃 My body doesn't like those ingredients anymore! These sourdough English muffins made with freshly milled flour are a much better option. Feel free to use all purpose flour if that's what you have. Enjoy these English muffins with butter and jam, turkey and cheese, or a fried egg. They're awesome!

I just bought a Mockmill and found your channel to be very useful in learning how to use fresh milled flour. Also, I recognized the background sounds as Thomas and smiled to myself. My son is now 19 and I well remember those videos 🙂 Keep up the great content!

Electric stoves are such a pain. That’s exactly how I have to cook. Everything just keep turning the burner down down down. I end up with it so low it’s almost not on but it’s still trying to burn things. So the answer is keep your eye on it. Or I will burn everything. canning on electric stove is its own exciting adventure lol

I don't have any experience with einkorn--sorry! I know that Lisa at Farmhouse on Boone uses einkorn for baking sometimes; she might be a good resource.

So how many grams of freshly milled flour is used in this recipe instead of 360 g of all-purpose flour?

I use 360 g of wheat berries to produce the same amount of freshly milled flour. 🙂
