Beautiful, thanks for the upload, what I would like to see more at horse shows is calling out the winners from last to first, so the excitement is kept to the end, just my opinion
No they are wearing a shoe with a wedge pad because they show in a longer foot- the horseshoer secures the shoe and pad with a strap over the top of the foot. We do this sometimes in the USA but these horses have extremely long feet! There are regulations for foot length in the USA, I dont know about South Africa.
Made in Heaven is a stunning stallion but the man showing him looked like a complete fool. We dont show our Gaited horses with our elbows so far out and up that you could hit another rider !! Also this speaks to control and safety, he cant control that stallion flopping his elbows around, clearly watched to many old Saddlebred victory pass videos!!
