Again, like Dragon City, AVOID CHINESE RESTAURANTS! Learn to cook chinese food at home and youll never have an issue.....unless youre standards are the same lol
When I was a cop in the 80s and 90s I ate at lunch at a Chinese restaurant. They always said “coke on house”, my department would not allow a free soda or coffee so if it wasn’t on the bill we paid a higher tip. A few times I had to deal with unruly people who ended up at the back of the restaurant. The food sat out on top of refrigerators in the backyard area. A courtyard not used by customers. I always ordered Mushu chicken or pork, and one day it was in an extra large stainless steel bowl in the courtyard. I never at there again. A second Chinese restaurant, I ended up in their kitchen related to illegal gambling. Their kitchen was large compared to the other Chinese restaurant in town. You know those large plastic grey kitchen busing bins? 15 to 20 of those sitting in the floor of the kitchen with chickens and meat sitting in them at room temperature. The employees worked around them. It was so gross, I can’t eat Chinese food. I have a hard time eating in restaurants.
Not to make excuses, but the Beijing restaurant serves authentic Chinese food in the tradition of the People's Republic of China and the 22 million residents of the city of Beijing. The same happens at the Shanghai Chinese food restaurant. Coincidence? I think not
