Absolutely genius I might add. If their food matches up to their genius naming of the establishment then these folk may have an unexpected hit on their hands, IF and a big IF, they do it right.
He just picked a bunch of bad places. I'm surprised just how bad he managed to find and I live here but we have plenty of excellent places cheap. DiveN in pineville is pretty good, Sri Balaji cafe down the street from there is wonderful.

Thank goodness, Charlotte finally found some real food. I’m not sure I would call that soul food but it’s close. But it doesn’t matter that lobster tail look like fire.🔥 love me some GRITS…… both kinds.

I don't think it makes sense to have cheese on the salmon fries. Same with the grits and whiting. Fish and cheese is a no. I think they did you right bruh! Appreciate the video!
Been here since July and food is trash!! From the bbq to the soul food… I found 1 good spot called londas… Beef ribs, Mac and cheese, greens and yams were amazing!! Get your ish together Charlotte
Pretty high score for a business called GRITS that's just serving up "meh" grits. Reminds me of local burger joints that get high marks, lots of topping choices but their burger meat is mid. That Lobster looked fire though.
Please try Buddy’s Place in Mt Pleasant, NC. Get the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Collared Greens and Cabbage with Corn Bread. I know it will impress you.
If you never order them grits with no damn cheese that's on you Playa. They came as ordered dont expect a chef or cater to read your mind or taste buds. You may have expected cheese but got what you ordered.
The lesson here is, if the food is fresh and the oil is good. This place is the bomb. Another lesson here is, if boy is coming to your restaurant y'all better recognize
