Now Charlie, you know there are people that don't know how to cook (but it ain't me) I don't eat diary products but when I did...I made them just the way you did minus the creole seasoning. But this year let me veganize this recipe with the creole seasoning! OMG Those potatoes were looking D-licious!!!! Thank you 💜

Good evening Charlie! I never seen a plate of mashed potatoes floating in butter! I don't have to worry about using no lip gloss when the butter can take the place of it. The milk does bring out the taste in mashed potatoes and certainly the butter with the seasonings. What happened to the parsley or some basil? Literally swimming in butter! What's not to love? Have you ever used kosher salt instead of iodized salt? I use kosher salt for everything. Have you also ever considered using freshly cracked black pepper in lieu of the stuff in the can? I think it makes a world of difference in flavor. I really enjoy your videos and your positive energy!!!

This is the right consistency for mashed potatoes served alongside meatloaf. (Plain) If you have a good gravy, use less evaporated milk and butter. They can hold the gravy better. PS. I live in Idaho.

Heyyyyy Charlie baby. Looks 😋 i make my like this but i used the red popatoes they have there own tastes and yes i used almost all the same ingredients you do but not papi magic stuff and i add parsley flakes to mine ooooh its delicious 😋 and i never have any leftovers of this my sister and my son loves it so nothing goes to waste. 😊👍🏽✌🏽
When I used to eat mashed potatoes, I used to use the same ingredients except I used heavy cream and added cheese. Then I would top it off with green onions. Woooo weeeee. I really miss that goodness. 😁😋
Happy to hear that you enjoy my recipes. I've tried them in both cold and in hot water and it didn't make much of a difference to me. As long as they are cooked to my expectations, that's all-what matters!! :)
Is there a difference in adding the potatoes to simmering water to cold water? I e always added my potatoes to cold water and boil and cook them them from there.

Me growing up as a kid, I used to eat a lot a boxed mash potatoes... When I got older and made them from scratch, I never went back to eating that box crap again... Making them from scratch is much better than box for sure... Love your version of mash... Nice, buttery, and look incredible bro😎... Nice n fluffy... I definitely approve this 👌
