RECIPE:
iNGREDIENTS:
Small Batch.. 1 Teaspoon butter or oil
1 Teaspoon all purpose flour
Milk to thin to your preference
Double Batch: 2 Teaspoons butter or oil
2 Teaspoons all purpose flour
Milk to thin to your preference
DIRECTIONS:
Add oil/butter to the preheated Dash and melt. Next, add flour and stir together for a couple of minutes forming a roux. Continue stirring constantly until light brown in color. Begin adding small amounts of milk and stirring constantly until the desired consistency is reached. Spoon onto biscuits or whatever you are enhancing with and enjoy!!
