I'm waiting for this and the Bagration book to come in at my local shop. I've been on the fence about starting Flames of War for most of this year and following your channel has really helped push me closer and closer to finally saying yes. Can't wait to see more Soviets on the channel!
Nice set. I purchased the other one for the katyushas, but after looking at the value I should have bought this one and picked up katyushas lol. As for painting, the lighter green effect is the result of dry brushing right? How do you get it so uniform, I tend to have light streaking?
Thanks! I used Vallejo Luft Camo Green as the base, German camo bright green highlights, Buff for extreme highlights. Then Citadel Waywatcher green glaze. I really don't do to much dry brushing. Just the extreme edge highlights with tan.
You don't have to buy more IS-2 tanks. We will eventually get them in our March To Hell pledge. Speaking of which are you going to be doing anymore 3D Print videos?
I didn't know we were getting soviets in our pledge, cool. I will be doing more videos, we've been sidetracked with Bagration but I imagine it will be sooner rather then later.
@@AllMiniaturesGreatandSmall we are getting all the major nations with our pledge. US Marines, IJA, British, Germans, Soviets, Italians, and French. They even trough in some Australians that look amazing.
