Sometimes spring cleaning means cleaning out stuff, getting rid of things you don't need. Clearing space. It can be a cathartic experience - or, it can simply leave you feeling pretty good about yourself. You get rid of things you don't need and give them a chance to find a new home. A sustainable wardrobe. Oh, and the wardrobe you see behind me - nearly half of those clothes belong to my partner, which I forgot to say in the video. I don't have THAT many clothes. Hope you'll be able to shed some unnecessary stuff as well!

Helle love the messaging here! I watch your knitting posts and just happened upon this short. I am at the point where I need to review “things” wrapped in the story I tell myself to define my identity and memory, most of which is steeped in my professional life. I love your statement “story lives whether you keep the item or not” Brilliant!

I want to thank you for this honest video: you mentioned it in one of your more recent episodes and so I searched through for it. To hear you say that you felt like you could stand taller, breathe more easily after getting rid of stuff. I need this so much : I feel stifled and stuck. I hope that this will give me the courage to get rid of alot of my stuff. And it is stuff for the most part: just stuff.....x

Indeed, it is just stuff, but I know it can be a real challenge. I think it’s the first bits you throw away that are the hardest, then you feel slightly courageous and can continue. Good luck 🤞🏻😍

Well, I imagine it has to do with our living in the Northern part of Europe - it being darker and gloomier here. Although often to me it isn’t drab but simply muted: nature’s colours during much of the year here ☺️

Thank you, I do wonder why you want to tell me - in two videos - that you don’t like the music. It leaves a negative residue in me and serves no purpose as I cannot (and will not) remove something that many others have liked.
