Awesome as always. I find pre Primarch lore very interesting as it shows us more about the primarchs and how they were supposed to operate. Some of the worlds they got sent to just strayed them too far away from that original goal

Two notes on the Storm Walkers that were absent from the video, their name came from their preferred tactic "Raising the Storm" in which they would use as few units as possible to bait out their enemy's full force before ambushing them and "Dropping the Hammer" with overwhelming numbers of Tanks, Dreadnoughts and other heavy units to effectively cut the time for extended conflicts down to nothing. They were also unique in that the majority of their Terran Recruits came from Old Albia who fought against the Emperor so effectively and brutally during the Unification Wars that the Emperor himself called a ceasefire and offered them a place in his Imperium. Needless to say, they accepted and provided both the templates they used for their War Walkers (effectively Proto-Dreadnoughts) and their hardy and stoic troops for use in the Legiones Astartes

So a quick comment about the Imperial Fists. Can't remember where I heard it, I think it might've been Majorkill, but apparently their original name was the Imperial Fists and Dorn saw no reason to change that when they came together.

I've seen official Warhammer books get that wrong. Ferrus Manus's book has that same error through the entire book.

The romans which 40k pulls from alot, actually used decimation though not nearly as much as perty did

@TedFundy762 they did it for actual reasons, like punishing cowardice or stupidity. It makes no sense to do it just to do it, I'm not even sure what lesson he was trying to Instill with that.
