Space Quest III - Die Piraten von Pestulon Amiga (Sierra On-Line - German - Roland MT-32 Sound) 

This is the German version of Space Quest III for the Amiga. It is the only Amiga version of the game that supports Roland MT-32 sound. Thankfully, the game supports English subtitles and English input... (I don't know German) Or the game can be switched to English entirely.
