Been dealing with my girlfriend of a year and a half moving out after living together for 2 months. Over the last 5 days of her leaving I have been realizing a lot of things that happened. My girlfriend and I are on a break at the moment. But even though I am confident in our break, there is a part of me that wants to message her and to show her that I still care to try and keep her in my life. But I know that's wrong but damn man. Time is hard and space is hard to give her.

But is walking away / going no contact still king to someone who is fearful avoidant? And what if this fearful avoidant ended the relationship because they went in and out of a lot of relationships without time to themselves, and realizes what their issue is but believes they need to be alone to work on other things but especially their emotional trauma? Because a lot of other advice says this person will also walk away if they think they lost the person they dumped. It is also said that the dumpee should initiate reconciliation, or reach out at some point at the least. Thoughts on this coach?
