Spacious 5 bedroom property located in a nice village close to Penela, Coimbra.

At the rear of the barn is a delightful terrace with a smaller barn for storing firewood. Access to this area is via a cement staircase over the small stream that dries up in the hotter summer months.

Meu Deus , esse IMÓVEL mesmo diante do aspecto de ABANDONO em que ele estar tem um potencial absurdo !!! Esse imóvel é lindo demais !!! Vale muito a pena morar numa casas dessas com uma NATUREZA tão abundante !!! Essa MAGNÍFICA casa está precisando de um dono(a) para poder colocar a mesma em ordem !!! Eu fiquei encantado com as RELÍQUIAS que há nessa casa dos sonhos das pessoas que gostam da tranquilidade proporcionada pelo contato com a NATUREZA existente ao redor da mesma !!! Eu me apaixonei por essa casa , quem comprar essa casa , fazer a reforma que ela precisa vai ser muito feliz quando estiver morando nela !!! There is so much work to be don within the house - it needs a full make over. Again the asking price is a little too high. Also what about the land? Is it farm land? Is it fenced or stonned off? Is there a well, borehole or pond on it?
