My go-to pasta recipe right here. Halal Chef thank you for reminding me how much I enjoyed Saturday’s dinner, when my mom made this same as your mom! The only advantage my mom had was that we raised all those ingredients, including the beef, except bay leaf and celery. Back then I thought that was an embarrassment, other moms bought food in stores. Now I realize we were rich.

I do have mac n cheese recipe on the channel so check it out. Not with Jalapenos though, but you could just add jalapenos in the sauce and while baking, add it on the top as well. I start sweating when I hear JALAPENOS lol
@@HalalChef Ok I'm going to cook the jalapenos in butter, then add flour and gradually add milk. I'll then add in garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, hot sauce and cayenne pepper to this mix. Then I'm going to add grated cheddar, mozerella and parmesan and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Then Ill add cooked pasta to this and mix it all up. Ill then transfer to a lighly buttered baking dish and top it with parmesan, breadcrumbs and Ill add jalapenos to the top as well like you said. Insha'Allah hubby will like it.
Wash the meat before mince, don't wash the mince. Tomatoes are fine, blend them and cook properly to remove some acidity and add some sugar to balance the acidity
Sorry to point this out but bolognese traditionally does not match with spaghetti.. Italians will get mad! Also thanks a lot for giving that excellent idea of using stock. I'll prolly add beef fat with the beef mince to get that extra fatty hit! 😍
