@@DLinton My added rating would go to a few areas. Gameplay- 18 I think based on this title being an indie title for $24. The gameplay was strong. I would only subtract points based on certain things feeling repetitive. Though the story was unique and the world was fresh from other games. Controls- 18 The controls were all solid, the thing I felt lacking is the bow controls. I felt myself avoiding using the bow because how funky it felt. Other then that perfect. Visauls- 19 I give this more points because, I'm a diehard pixel art fan. Cuting the grass brought me back to my old days. The animations of the critters in the world were also very nice and as I hope you can see are pleasant to look at. Almost like cutting into a fresh loaf of bread and popping plastic wrap it brought me a sense of joy. Haha Audio- 17 As I see the point here of the sound when getting hit. For me it took nothing away from my experience. The music, explosion sounds, pops, tics and clacks of things were pleasant to hear. The sound I took down to 17 based only on the hit registering. I didnt find it annoying but found it lacking. Value- 18 for $24 for a game that's pleasing to play for 24+ hours. Its worth it. Just imagine you paid $1 per hour for each new experience in the game and supported a good developer in making new beautiful games. On another topic, as I've gotten older I found more joy in indie rogue like games then many AAA games. I love that I'm supporting a company that supports the words of its customers, taking in advice during pre stages from customers. That also puts passion and love into making something they enjoy themselves. Often times with AAA titles I find myself dwelling if this company is worth my support. Here with indie games I know I can experience a artist painting a word made by them for others. Rather then a businessman paying others to make profit for themselves.

@@SwitchUpYt so it's a balance of quantity and quality? You're not just looking at RU-vid analytics such that someone, not me of course, could cheese the system by writing a snippet of code to click into all your videos, read the number of comments, and post things like, "419th comment."

@@ashtoncooke0524 I recently finished _Cosmic Star Heroine_ it had solid turn-based gameplay and decent sidequests. I'm currently playing _Legrand legacy_ which is a throwback to the first 3d JRPGs (PS1 era). I'm stuck in a section now where there's a strategy-like board-game war section. The devs were pretty ambitious I have to admit. It's kinda grindy but I that's how I tend to play JRPGs. I recently picked _Earthlock_ as it's on a deep sale as of a few days ago. I cannot vouch for it's quality since I haven't played it yet.

@@redcrimson1028 I really enjoyed it, although it's a bit easier than I would've preferred in a perfect world. Still, the gameplay loop is really fun, the controls are great, and the graphics and sound are on point. It might not have a ton of replay value once you've beat it, but I may return to it eventually.
