I hope you are right about Mike Johnson. He has pretty much gave the democrats and war loving republicans all they wanted to fund a war in Ukraine, without getting anything for it. There is nothing for America to gain in Ukraine.

@@josephwhite5164 I think Speaker Johnson has clearly and often indicated that, as House Speaker, he is severely handicapped by the razor-thin Republican majority. Add to that problem, the fact that the majority of US House Republicans are really uniparty RINOs, and I am amazed just how much Speaker Johnson has been able to accomplish including stopping a disastrous immigration (falsely called a "border security") bill. As a Christian minister, I do not agree with many legislative compromises (sins) he has made, but I think, as noted above, he is between "a rock and a hard place," and I am willing to forgive him as Jesus Christ God Almighty commands, while praying for wisdom and repentance for him and for all of our government leaders. In short, I have much hope for Speaker Johnson who I believe is trying to just hang on and stay alive until Jesus may have mercy on all Americans everywhere by providing new leadership to stop the Biden administration's rapid destruction of America. I hope great leaders like Congresswoman Greene, will give him more time in similar hopes. In the meantime, may God have mercy on us all.
