Is it possible that you could speak a lil louder and show your seasonings as you use them. Sometimes you do changes as to what you don't have, and use substitutes, but I'm not understanding clearly. Love your site and your recipes! By the way, I am subscriber!

It is so hard to hear what you are saying. You need to get some better sound equipment and video equipment. I like to see you cook and would love to hear what yoyr saying......
I have to turn my computer volume up to 100% to clearly understand what you are saying and most times your voice is still low volume. Hope whatever the problem is can be rectified so you wont continue to get the same comments about this. Love your dishes, seasonings, and the way you prepare the food.
