Special ZX Spectrum Charity Fundraiser for The Befriending Scheme Announcement 

SLIGHT CHANGE OF PLAN! There will now be THREE separate auctions. Splitting the bundle will maximise the money raised and also give more people a chance of winning something. It will also give me 3 auctions to end during the 12 hour live stream. I will make an update later next week and cover this there on the second channel.

I built a 128 Harlequin a couple off years ago, bought the board from Byte Delight, but sourced all of the components myself which was probably the more expensive way, but anyway it all worked first time (I was surprised as I am not sure my skills are up-to-snuff). Used to fix Spectrums for a living when they where current, but that was a very long time ago (forgotten a lot of my training). The build instructions that came with the board are top notch, so well done Byte Delight! Anyway look forward to you up-coming videos.

Shame about the raffle idea though, I would have happily bought a bunch of tickets, charity sales are great for raising funds but that's going to fetch an absolute packet, way way out of my budget so no point me bidding but thanks for giving us the donating option, I'll chuck you a few quid. I would have dubbed the smoked case, "The Smoking Hot Sexy Spectrum," (the acronym is the sound of the expression of licking a finger and touching something hot), but that's just me. Great cause there! Best wishes to everyone who bids. I won't be bidding this time due to a lack of funds.
