Hey guys💛 Today's video is very faith-focused and a bit more vulnerable than usual. In this vlog, I open up about some of the anxiety I've been feeling lately and spend the entire day with God. I share what he taught me and something I realized while spending time with him. For anyone going through a dark or hard time, please know that I am praying for you and the Lord is always with you. The struggles you face are not for nothing! Lean on Jesus and he will restore your joy. Hope this video helps someone, love you all!

I’ve been feeling a lot how you described you were feeling lately and it’s been weighing on my heart that I need to bring myself back into the word of God and humble myself. I’ve been thinking a lot about my anxiety and how I’ve been allowing it to overthrow me in my day to day life. This morning for my “quiet time” I watched a video that was put out by my sisters pastor in NC titled “5 ways to beat anxiety”. It was honestly just what I needed to remind myself that I need to guide my mind and guard my heart. 💜

I once knew a missionary who told me that its not only us showing God love when we read the scripture and go to church but its also God showing us love when we do these things because it brings us closer to Him and helps us live a more righteous life. I too suffer from serious anxieties and I often beat myself up about my imperfections and shortcomings but I try to remember that it's part of my journey in life to learn from this and better myself as a human being. I'm really glad that I watched this video this morning to start my day. You have a really cool and calming energy Sophia!! You're awesome!! Be safe and have a Blessed day!!!❤

what you said about you getting overwhelmed about wondering if God wants me to do this or that, your NOT alone. One God is with you, and two I feel as if I might be going through that as well. Spending time with God and in the word in the morning has REALLY helped and just praying about my thoughts and verbally sometimes out loud praying for the enemy to flee in Jesus name once i see myself starting to worry or believe lies. We will all make it through this!

this might be my favorite video i've ever watched! I really appreciate when you open up about your faith + struggles in your videos, everything you said was really encouraging for me! I loved hearing about that book you're reading and I will definitely read it soon. I just finished reading a book called Every Good Endeavor, by Tim Keller, and I think you would like it. It's about changing our perspective on work as Christians and learning how to discern what God's calling on our lives is.

My youth pastor always says "moments create movements" as in moments with God aka spending time in His word, praying without ceasing, and worshipping; creates movements in your circumstances, your spirit, and in your life. I love the faith- base videos, but honestly, you just carry such a peaceful atmosphere and the love of God through these videos. Thank you for listening to God, and sharing His love through you.

I enjoyed it! I am trying to plan when I have my own place, to have very few books in my house so they Holy Spirit is able to use me and move through me more easily. It will be tough though because I starting to get bored again these days and struggling these days with how to occupy my time while ensuring I am still abiding in and connecting to Jesus. At the moment, I have many different books which are not easy to get through all of them because I have part time flexible work at the cinema which Jesus has not called me to be, but many of my books are Christian books and were recommended books by RU-vid Christian's online.
