they def do not get periods. intact dogs have an estrous cycle that functions very differently from human menstruation and they can vary from 1-3 cycles per year depending on breed and size. one difference is that dogs are most fertile when they are in heat, whereas humans are least fertile during menstruation with that being said: spay your dogs, kids. don't let your intact dogs have unplanned litters or die of pyometra

More info about lucid dreaming if you’re interested: mainly the only people who can regularly lucid dream without the training you mentioned are people (like me) who have narcolepsy. Since our brains don’t usually go through the sleep stages the same way we have extremely vivid dreams, frequent lucid dreams, and experience hypnogogic hallucinations before and after falling asleep where basically we start dreaming while still awake. I try not to lucid dream too often cause it ruins the immersion, but when I’m having a nightmare I’ll usually step in and control the dream back to a less scary place. Anyway hope this was interesting info! Love your videos!
I can lucid dream without training and have been able to since I was little, but I don’t have narcolepsy. Does that mean I’m even rarer? Or should I be worried lol But anyway now you got me curious on that and I’m gonna go do my own research

I can lucid dream and it's HARD to train, it took me half a year to a year to learn and that's just the basics basically lucid dreaming means someone is aware they're dreaming (and asleep) and can control their dreams, my personal favorite is flying and when I first tried it all I could do was repeat something, but now I do whatever, it takes months to learn
