A lovely cake with pureed soft dried figs and with all spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. With some chopped walnuts as well and then a caramel sauce over the top this makes a great cake or dessert.
Note: Preheat your oven to 180C/160C Fan/350F. Just to stress the amount of caster sugar is 175g, I said that in the video but put 1745g on the screen, in error.
