If you want an excellent tasting sweet and spicy fish, do this. 1 part apple cider vinegar. 1 part actual apple cider. Marinade for 1 hour. Then take 1 part coconut flour and 1 part of your favorite spicy breading and mix well. Fry as normal. It's the bomb dude. Absolutely delicious!🎉 if you're determined to get egg nog flavor, i would just dip my nuggets in it . 😅

I see High Adventure, I click! Great vid, Micah! If you want more of the eggnog flavor, I would add ground nutmeg, clove and cinnamon to your breading. The milk and egg will likely disappear pretty rapidly, so you need to add some oomph to the spices to get the flavor to stick around Not sure how I feel about nutmeg and cinnamon with fish, though. lol! As a big Egg Nog fan, and also from the Northwest, not only have I tried Darigold, but Alpenrose and Umpqua, with Umpqua as usual dominating both of the prior. Don't remember my opinion on Alpenrose, and Darigold is slightly above average. This year, WinCo has had two other brands I'd never seen in my life until then, which the first was none other than Southern Comfort, and this time, it was Model Dairy. Gotta say, out of all of them, Southern Comfort is by far the best of em. So damn good! They got so much more spice in it than the rest, they make everyone else look like scrubs. Way more Nutmeg, they even toss in some cinnamon and all spice. That's the way to go! I think I've tried one other brand before, and it had a bubblegum flavor with the usual Egg Nog flavor. Model Dairy has the same thing going on. It seems easy to accidentally create that flavor when mixing certain things. I did so when making a strawberry vanilla smoothie last year. It sounds bad weird, but really it's actually somehow good weird. Can't really explain how, it just is. 😂 Anyway, my rule of thumb when catfishing is all catfish are dinner. Keep limits, or, if in a place with no restrictions, keep every single one you catch as long as they're minimum eater size. Call them Stocking Stuffers, except for the freezer! Freezer Stuffers, if you will 😏
