Used 1 tbsp red chilli powder instead of chilli sauce. And i was afraid of undercooking the pork so i kept occasionally stirring it for a good 40 minutes. Thank you for this yum recipe. It was a hit at the family table!
Better to use a washable one or to make a separate wood chopping board... It is advised not to use the same chopping board for cutting meat and vegetables to prevent from infection.
