The way you made the spicy one. Replace it with uhu. After you scale and fillet’em boil hot water. Place the uhu fillets in the sink and pour the hot water on the side that had the scales, you’ll see the fillet kinda curl up giving it that nice firm texture. Dice into cubes and use your same ingredients. But add 1tablespoon shoyu, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and sprinkle furakake to your ingredients .. broke da mouth 😂

Man where have you guys been!? Somehow I unsubscribed. Glad to see you are still making videos. I used to live off of that fish and many of those reef fish spear fishing off Kahuku point. Is that still private land? Limited access? I used to be the caretaker for that whole Piece of land. Bra it got sketchy sometimes.Prime ulua fishing.You know it! Your food looks so good! I haven't tasted those fish and 20 years. You guys are straight up good people thank you for posting these videos

An amazing sauce for this is made with shichimi togarashi. Ssh It’s a secret, don’t yell anyone. Search creamy togarashi sauce on you tube. Goes great on what you made or as grilling sauce on chicken or steak or maybe anything.

Guys, your content is sooo cool. I've been spearfishing for 9 months now, and definitely the cooking part is one of the most fun. Just one thing! If you could write down the ingredients/recipe in the comments it would help overseas audiences like myself (I'm from Brazil) because simply by the name and video, some ingredients are not something I could identify.
