Yea the pressure cookers cuts the time by more then half, super fast and super easy, and that coconut milk made a delicious difference

The ti leaves are jus for flavors, the taro leaves become almost like a spinach when fully cooked. And yes insta pot makes cooking faster and easier

Only can fit couple at a time in da pressure cooker but it’s cuts the time by a lot, only took hour half and came out jus as good
