Spine Surgery? 

Thank you to everyone's support in the last video I really didn't expect that at all so here I am updating everyone that has kindly shown an interest.
The specific injury is a herniation of the L5/S1 disc which has sequestered causing the S1 nerve issue (no use of calf muscle)
I am under care of Harris and Ross spine physiotherapist in Manchester and Salford Hospital so the best place in the area for this care but thank you for your stories and offers of advice :)
