Here's a helpful exercise that can improve your spinal mobility and strengthen your back and core muscles.
✔ Start by sitting on the floor with your legs extended straight out in front of you.
✔ Take an elastic band and loop it around the balls of your feet. Hold onto the ends of the band with both hands and twist your torso to the left or right side while pulling the band taut.
✔ Hold this position for a few seconds before twisting to the other side.
✔ Do several repetitions on each side, keeping your chest lifted and your shoulders relaxed throughout the movement.
