So beautiful and timely for me...experiencing such fluctuating pain and heartbreak in the grieving of my daughter choosing to leave this life last year,this has helped me to open my growing windows of love and compassion for us all .... I am finding this powerful particularly in how I relate to others...... and learning to just BE with the pain rather than push it away. Thank you

I am so grateful to consciousnesses for bringing me to this video. I’ve been trying for what feels like the longest time, this year particularly, to accelerate my Awakening, but I’m not fast! And I’m wondering is it still possible?! Because it’s SO hard to be kind in the face of stressful chaos, which makes me selfish, alone instead of being connected to my fellow souls, but I forget. Then I think “I’m SO stupid for even trying this” but this wonderful, beautiful human has helped me feel that it’s ok...change is possible! THANKYOU! Thankyou whoever posted this...without your kindness, I think things could have gone awfully wrong. Much love and genuine gratitude. Xx

You are not stupid for trying anything. I think just being aware of all that you are expressing is a sign that you are capable of changing if that's what you desire. Take it slowly, patiently. Have patience with yourself. It will come. Bless you
