This is how I get my shots with that best focus point it’s amazing you can get between leaves flowers and even branches for the birds & insects I think you’ll like it have a beautiful day.☀️

The images are clean at 100iso, as long as you’re in fairly decent sunlight, I run between 100 ISO-400ISO using (topaz de-noise) the camera will keep the ISO around 100-ISO most of the time, if you head into a woodland where you have a tall thick canopy, then the camera will start climbing to 400 ISO , then this is where you will need topaz to noise, excellent software program, and very simple to use, your pictures will also be nicely fairly sharp, P S. Another thing is keep your optical zoom at 0 to 600 mm and just crop in. If it’s too far away if you use the intelligent zoom, you will have poor results with noise, hope this helps and have a beautiful day.🌤️😇

Ps, make sure you use shutter priority for birding, / insects, I usually run at 800 shutter speed , sometimes 1600 sec. Have a beautiful day.

@@jeffryZ Thanks, but keeping the ISO always that low seems to be restrictive. Of course, I understand. But, maybe with a constant 2.8? I had a FZ200, and I used 400 and even 800 in emergencies. I wouldn't print, but looked good, if not pixel peeping, for SM. Think I'll get a longer zoom for my M4/3 and just not deal without weather sealing.
