Elvis Hitler were from Detroit, Michigan (formed in 1986) They were an early Psychobilly/Hellbilly band. For this one album they changed their name to "Splatter" as obviously "Elvis Hitler" is a turn off for some people.
From the 1994 album "...From Hell To Eternity" put out by Sector 2 Records.

Oh they wussed out and changed their name because they were afraid of offending people yet they,like typical spineless rocker dudes,mock Christianity. Pfftt weak!
