In order to improve range of movement post soft tissue therapy its important to add some gentle mobilisations . Before you start you need to rule out any catching pain on Abduction/Flexion and external rotation.
This video this is an excerpt of the upcoming Shoulder masterclass and i take you through 3 different shoulder mobilisations , the idea is to explore improving posterior Glenohumeral movement post soft tissue therapy.
Position is everything in this technique, the GH joint needs to off the table so to apply both traction and depression of the joint. Please explore a safe and pain free range before adding movement.
Note: be sure to rule out any posterior instability before applying, this is rare but none the less it should not be applied if there has been a posterior dislocation or subluxation.
BE AWESOME AT WHAT YOU DO!

Cracking or clicking without pain is ok, usually a sign of tight muscle / tendon flicking over boney surfaces
