Shadows are good bikes to chop and build. A little cheaper than a Harley. Sportster’s are pretty cheap too but I think Honda’s might be cheaper

I want to first say that it's a real pleasure watching someone with this much passion for building their own. You and your friends that ride together are what it should all be about. And the fact that you have support from your family's makes it all that much better. My own wife was from Vietnam we were married for 45 years and she was a motor head herself with a love of Corvettes. She supported me in mine. Keep up with the videos and stay safe.

I've always liked the NorCal style -- "frisco" mounted tanks, cobra seat, gator boots, and a slight (2" or 4") extension on the forks. Those handlebars look great. Ride safe.

Our bikes are gonna be eerily similar, just used my Prism sissy bar this last weekend to go camping, worked great. I might have to move my plate/light to the rear fender like that instead of on the axle, looks great

I have always spray bombed my bikes. Flames and art and everything from a can. The key to spray bombing is to never use black because it shows every single little flaw in the paint or body work. You did a lot of extra work you did not need to do. Next time use acetone to take the paint off and you wont need sandpaper and scratch it all up. it will come right off with a rag, You need to mist your first coat on then very thin coats after that or you may get spider web cracks in the paint later down the road. Never use heavy coats.

Like how you cleaned up those loose wires under the tank and how you shaved and polished those lower legs. I'd love to do that to my shovel but we have a yearly safety inspection that requires me to have fenders. Though I could take off the fender after the safety check, but still would have those fender mounting bumps on the legs. Awesome job once again bro!!!

Run a remote starter button and ditch all the wiring in your hand controls. You can shave down the stock clutch and brake controls until you can afford those fancy italian replacements... Great content as always.

Hi friend. we transferred the ignition switch on our xl 1200c and the key was frayed by vibration. half of the key remained in the lock for 1,000 miles. think about this moment. good luck (hint lock from big twin)

It's coming together good. Have you guys ever have trouble with the Firestones you run on your 600s? I had both the vintage tires on my 600, and had them both balanced, but couldn't go past 40 mph to much shaking. Put new motorcycle tires on now no problems. Let me know.

How did you clean up the wiring for the tailight? is a hole drilled through the rear fender, is it snaking under the seat, or is it coming around the end of the fender and snaked back under the fender? putting saddlebags on my sporty and cleaning up the look of my bike! thank you!

You got style, skills & taste. The only thing I see I`d do differently is run the headlight wire on the right side to keep the left side clean. Pee Wee Herman said everyone`s got a big butt...well there`s mine! LOL
