The most disgusting thing in my cages are their wheels. I have to clean those about 2x a week because they get sticky and gross really quickly.

My mice definitely don't poop or pee where they sleep, which is really nice. Tho, they definitely pee in three corners... Unfortunately my mice likes to use their wheels as bathroom, so I clean those daily. While the water bowls at least twice a day because they like to put food or bedding in it.

This is unrelated to the video I’m sorry! I have two older female mice living together and the bigger one has a lot of bald spots. I’m not sure if it’s over grooming and they’re bored or if it’s mites! I don’t know what to do. I’ve been concerned about her because she’s fat and doesn’t move much (she’s also a red mouse so it’s expected to be a little bigger but she’s super fat). Any tips or help would be great! Thank you

What type of bedding do you use it looks so natural for them

I have one mouse that's turning 1 year old next month. She is showing noticeable hair loss (She was a recessive fuzzy, so it's not like she had a ton to begin with) but what I'm more concerned about is a dramatic loss in weight. She used to be very chubby but now you can identify her spine by just looking at her. They have access to food and water, and we use a balanced diet so she shouldn't be deficient. I don't think she's not eating either because she will eat peanut butter from me, does anybody know what's going on, or more importantly what I could give her to healthily gain weight?

I wonder can you tell me which cage is easier to clean? from your videos it looks like mice cages are way easier to clean than rat cages. Where did you get the mouse cage? I wanna buy a few feeder mice (yes from the pet store 😅) and give them a long happy life. I know they don’t have the best health so I may cause myself a lot of heartache on the way but it’s something I want to try. And I love that cage and want it.

Hey, I have a rabbit and I’m very experienced in looking after small animals and I can’t decide if I should get a mouse or a rat, a friend told me mice are easier to start with but I’m not that inexperienced I’ve been studying both for months. Do you have any tips for rat toys I would really like that because I have two male rats one girl and a bunch of babies the babies were born on August 14 we let the mom late with the babies so while but then we separated the mom with the babies when they were old enough we started feeding them and introducing them to Whole Foods So you have any tips for toys for my babies or for my big rats I would really like that hi anyways yeah so and I am a rat personnel I really love them I think they’re very nice animals and you can’t go wrong with that it’s never too bad to have too many Emma’s when you have kids but I don’t think you said

I've been setting up my enclosure for my new mice and realised I'm very allergic to most beddings :( so far hemp in the only one that doesn't trigger a reaction to me, but I don't think they'll be able to make tunnels and dig as well with it. do you have any recommendations to other types of bedding I can mix in?
