I’ve been enjoying my time out on the lawn this March for some spring lawn care chores and I have been noticing the lawn greening up nicely as it comes out of dormancy. This is a quick lawn update showing you how the lawn has been doing as well as showing you some of the things I have been doing such as dethatching, raking, mowing, and my first application to the lawn.

I love the smell of fresh cut grass in the morning, and the evening. I've cut mine twice, but I still need to do a very light going over with the Sun Joe, and then aerate. Nice video Ben, your lawn is waking up real nice. Thanks, John

@@thepursuitofgrowth964 A beard wig would be hilarious. I actually don't mind it long. I just like to keep it during the winter and shed it when it warms up. Who knows maybe I'll grow it out during the middle of the summer.

I'll probably be using it in April but I don't think I'll be putting down as many apps of it this year as I did last year. I'm looking forward to sharing the result comparisons as well. Thanks for your support, James!

How many sqft do you have? I really like the amount of space you have between the fence and the road.

The entire lawn is 9000sqft. That side lawn you're talking about is 4500sqft. It's nice to be on a corner lot.

It's just a metal scraper that someone had sent to me. It doesn't have a specific brand name on it.

What ammonium sulfate product did you use? Last year you applied citric acid. What brand and where did you purchase the product? Your lawn looks good this early in the season.

@@thomasdreas4122 I applied it at 1lb/1000sqft. I ordered 7 5lb bags last year but it's all the same citric acid, just different size mesh. All of it will likely dissolve in water though. I recently ordered this brands 50lb bucket off amazon. It was cheaper to buy it there because there was no additional shipping cost.
