Looks great! Always looking for meatless dishes as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the heme, igf-1, pesticides and BLV in meat. Thank you for sharing

Spring rolls from the local Asian restaurants here are pretty damn good. But these look quite flavorfull as well. I like to cut one end off a spring roll and pour the sauce down the tube.

Love them and been a while since i made them, but i use a bag of coleslaw mix. 😂 Keef egg rolls here are more like a chop suey roll from the chippy and i think the crust thicker and not as crispy. Charlie loves them id rather have the spring rolls. Good for a night in self made take away with the Mrs 👍🏼❤️😘

Yes I'm pretty sure it was coming from some fairy lights that were very close to the mic. I couldn't hear it because I'm old and my hearing range is less than it used to be.
