200g of frozen Garden Peas
Handful of fresh Parsley
1 tbsp Pine Nuts (or any nut of choice)
1 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Black pepper
2 Leeks
1 Courgette
1 x 400g Butter Beans
3 cloves of Garlic
600ml water
1 large tbsp Miso paste
Squeeze of fresh Lemon juice and zest
Curried Butternut Squash
1 butternut squash
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper
1 onion
thumb of ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 x can coconut milk
1 x can of butter beans
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp of ground coriander
1 tsp of ground cumin
