I have raised 6 kids and have buried one. I also have 5 grand kids. I forgot how to be a kid along the way, and I'm working on getting back there again. Enjoy life, everybody!

Hey, Adam! I heard you mention that you may drop by one of the community pools as the heat comes in. As both a swimmer and a runner, being able to balance between the different activities helps with recovery and preventing burnout. I definitely recommend setting aside days to do some lap swimming. Swimming, unlike running, is a non-impact sport, and you are using more of your own body to propel yourself through the water. Assuming you are in a regular lap pool, the only time you push off of something is the wall. When starting out, start with doing a single lap at a time, with recovery in between, and as time progresses, build up your tolerance of swimming multiple laps at a time. Incorporate different pieces of equipment, like a kickboard, or a pull buoy that you can put between your legs. Hope this helps! Wish you the best of luck for Run Disney!
Try boiling your Brussels sprouts for 3-4 minutes, pat dry them, and then smash them with the bottom of a glass before to roast them. Parboiling them first softens them up to smash. I think it heightens the flavor.
A comment for the youtube algorithm. Just because its a full size car and not a golf cart does not dictate that it is not electric. The Mercedes that was singled out in this video IS electric and was parked appropriately as far as the signage dictated. First come first serve. Thanks for the videos. 👍

I think I've figured it out. Adam loves Celebration and the GEM so much because it reminds him of a studio lot and/or tour. Adam, you feel like you live on the WB lot! I don't blame you at all. It's so picturesque.
You should season up a chicken breast and bake it to serve with some of your air fried veggies. That would be a good source of protein. I really enjoy your videos!
Adam they did remove 4 standard ev chargers, you would have noticed to the left to the big charges green polls with no signs on them anymore. I never used them but thats why people were upset. the ones left fast charge but only very limited range of cars.
Is there a reason you don’t eat protein with your veggies? You may want to consider meeting with a nutritionist to help you plan meals. You should be eating protein with every meal.
Just stop eating mass quantities of food !/ have 1 plate , or portion of whatever , then walk away !/ ok ti have desserts , but have 1 serving then walk away !/ it’s all about portion control !/ also , speed walking is good enough , just walking on a track as fast as you can , is good enough !/ you can’t be vlogging , you have to swing your arms ; breath in nose , out through mouth !
Connectors are different probably. That charger at the Celebration parking area is NACS and CCS. You may have J1772. Also that’s DC fast charging so it depends on the battery you have. Best idea is don’t try it lol

Celebration is such a nice looking place to live! My daughter lives in Amelia Island (north east Florida) and everyone has a golf cart. I love going around with her in the cart. The open air ride is relaxing and fun!
