This basic and simple sprouted green peas curry is a typical South Indian gravy which can be had with any rice of your choice ( white / Matta ) along with some sides like fish fry and pickle, this is the combination I like.
You can make this recipe with any vegetable of your choice or even with any sprouted lentils or just like that even without the sprouts. But yes, the cooking time may differ when you cook lentils directly without the sprouts.

Ingredients: curry paste:
Red Chilli - 4-5
Coconut - 1 & 1/2cup
Coriander seeds - 1tbsp
Cumin / jeera - 1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Garlic clove - 2
Tamarind - 1/2tsp
Ingredients :
Sprouted green peas - 2cups
Ground Curry paste
Tomato - 1 large / 2 medium
Onion - 1 small / 1/2 medium
Salt - as per taste
Ingredients: seasoning
Coconut oil / normal vegetable oil - 2-3tbsp
Curry leaves - 2 string
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin / jeera - 1/2tsp
Garlic clove - 2
Dried red chili - 1
Notes:
- You can also make this with green peas even without the sprouts, the cooking time would be longer.
- You can season with normal vegetable oil if you do not prefer coconut oil.
- For longer sprouts jus keep it for 2 days, make sure you check it after 24hrs.
