We see in the comments, people's intellectual level and/or differences in understanding. The matter is simple. WE DO NOT DENY THE GOOD and BENEFITS in terms of knowledge that SPUBS has to offer. Allaah bless them. We (personally) sat, learned, and took knowledge from them (both in America and Jeddah). We have their books, audio cds, listened to their online lectures, my family even worked with them (Troid), and made PowerPoint presentations for their storefront in Toronto, Canada to support the da'wah to Salafiyyah! Imagine a Venn Diagram - We're ONE and the SAME in AQEEDAH and MANHAJ (SALAFIYYAH). Where's the difference/split (which 🔹MANY RESPECTED SCHOLARS🔹 have already pointed out)? Emphasis on MANY RESPECTED SCHOLARS, not just random people. Extremism in calling FELLOW SALAFIS as innovators ("kicking them out" of Salafiyyah as if they own it) and forming their own hizb/membership club, requiring approval and acceptance from them (and that even 'regular' members WARN AGAINST other regular brothers/sisters who may have some mistakes or misunderstandings or may still be learning the Deen or may follow a VALID difference in opinion). This is the only (and major) thing that we're highlighting!!! The pattern, evidences, experiences, and therefore, warnings from respected scholars are plenty for those who seek nothing but 👉TRUTH and JUSTICE.👈 ⚠️If you have no knowledge about these events, then please refrain from leaving comments defending them!!! It's almost like someone comes shooting people and you go defend the criminal (as we see the bias in the media) saying that this person is a smart kid in class and has a lot of potential. You will see some of them saying that what will be weighed on the Day of Resurrection is deeds, whereas others will say that it is the books of deeds that will be weighed. I am sorry for the claim that Ibn Uthaymeen retracted. I have not seen any video of it but I heard from those who claimed salafiyya. Alhamdu Lillah Allah has guided me to some few videos where I can really see that this people claiming to be salafis are as The shaykh mentioned. I advice we Muslims all to learn the Qur'an and contemplate more on it,if not we will certainly be misguided.
Allah(swt) used Abu Mussab and Abu Usamah At-Thahabbi as the venues of teaching me the true balanced Islam. They showed me that following the way of the Salaf is the TRUE Islam. They were balanced in their approach and quoted their evidences.
Abu Usama Ath-Thahabi al mubtadi’ the one who sheikh Ahmad an najmi Rahimahullah declared to be an innovator. The same one who spoke ill of Abu Bakr RadiyAllahu’anhu. The same one who used to get paid by ihya at-Turaath to spread Qutbi manhaj. His oppositions to the manhaj are hard to list. He is an innovator no doubt!

We have Sheikh Abu Khadijah articles in which he conveys the speech of Sheikh Ahmad An-Najmi Rahimahullah, we have doubts around the Dawah series by Sheikh Abu Hakim Hafidhahullah in which he deals with Goldie as well as many other topics. We also have Abu Uwais Rahimahullah refutation. The reason for this ruling of being an innovator is due to him inventing false principles into Al Jarh Wa Ta’deel in order to include innovators into the circle of ahlus Sunnah and in order to defend himself from criticism. This man is a liar, he claimed a companion RadiyAllahu’anhu was a faasiq and then in his “retraction” he claimed he didn’t know he was a companion even though in the first video he said he was a companion. He spoke I’ll of Abu Bakr RadiyAllahu’anhu by saying he has seen things from him that mean he can’t take everything from him! Then he tried to make out he was intending Blind following. There are many more examples but search up what I have stated and find it akhi and the reality of this individual will become clear inshaaAllah

Alot of students are like how the brother in this video explained and it hurts me everytime I see them, because they still are my brothers and I need to feel sorry for their behaviour akhi. The scholars are mostly more behaving and always tell the students not to start fitnah etcetc. But only the people who wherr with them know better Allahul musta'aan.

akhi what evidence has he presented against SPUBS he only just went on a rant. akhi this the guy who worked ikhwaanees in peacetv and hosted a show called under the shade of scholars and guess who were the scholars, one of them is the president of maghrib institute wearing a suit. he asked him questions about the deen like he is a scholar. he hasnt said anything since he left, and didnt why he joined in the first place. also he didnt warn against after he left but he is so harsh agianst the salafies he makes tabdee' of them and make them worsw than ikhwaanul muslimeen. he hasnt given one innovations that they fell into but he will make tabdee' with no evidence and he wont even ask scholars. this is pure hadaadiyah so akhi tell me one thing you have on spubs that they opposed the way of the salaf

I don't agree with them. But your argument is wrong. Throughout centuries scholars have been testing people with the love for a particular Scholar to determine if he is a person of Sunnah or not. There are numerous examples. It's completely wrong. You are mistaken.
I do not understand people focussing on Wajdi, while the message is this sharh of Uthaymeen Rahimullah. At the same time when i see brothers that i recognize following the way off the salaf get in to discussion (both wajdi and spubs) i remember the words of Albani Rahimullah about not picking sides and be fully against one of the brothers. I remember back in college one of them, try to challenge me by asking me where is Allah and about the attributes of ALLAH. When he was satisfied that my understanding of aqeedah is according to the salaf, he was ok with me. But then he told me that I should call myself salafi, i told him that I would rather call myself muslim first and foremost because this is what Allah said. Now this how i know they are ignorant. He asked me where in the Qur’an did Allah say that? I was shocked and i told him the numerous aayaat where Allah praises us for calling ourselves muslims. I told him that he should really start reciting Qur’an and the translation So I guess he went home and told his boys about me, then he came back and told me that his boys told him that he should be careful of me and possibly stay away from me. I told him that he can do whatever he wants. I told him that if i see him, i will always give him my salam. Alhamdulillah he never stayed away from me. He told me that he liked my character, he used to call me the gentle giant lol. I miss that brother. But i feel sorry that he will never have a good understanding of the salaf as long as he is with those brothers. May Allah guide us all ameeen

I was once asked by someone the speakers I am listening to, I gave a number of people I know who are upon the straight path including you and apparently you (all) are not salafi because you do not claim to be salafi and you DO NOT connect to scholars... That moment I was confused because I didnt know any better and I heard you and the others saying you follow the ways of the salaf! Alhamdulillah Allah saved me from this group. It was His way for me to learn about SPUBS and run away from it.. I dug dipper and found out who they are by Allah's guidance, Alhamdulillah.

Ok there are e few points here you seem to either conviniently or unconviniently miss! 1. He said this, what 20+ years ago? 2. Al-Albani is definitly NOT talking about the holyness of Abu-Khadija! 3. Everyone can get misguided. Me, you... any and everyone. 4. Madkhalis dont debate with arguments from Quran and Sunah - you debate with Tabdee, and Ancient words of praise! 5. You are used to winning in debates because, Muslim nowdays are not aware of true Scholars of today, mainly because they're in prison(unjustly conviced) and so Muslims are left with no choice but to remain silent, since they can only mention people like Zakir Naik(who most of you made an unrevokable tabee of), - because they werent taught anyone elses name!
The reason I found Salafiyah as sahih is bcz they didn't blind follow & do Taqleed of xyz Maulana if their statements weren't in accordance with Quran & Sunnah however now...

As long as you follow our prophet PBUH and quran and call your self a muslim alhamdullilah.. If you want to follow the companions of our prophet PBUH and call your self a muslim alhamdullilah... If you want to follow the scholar that came after and call your self a muslim than alhamdullilah... Anything else is a sect, our prophet PBUH specifically said do not devide. Because division is from shaitan... [Quran 6:159] Those who divide themselves into sects do not belong with you. Their judgment rests with God, then He will inform them of everything they had done. Dont get me wrong, i am also from the view that those from Spubs etc are ghulaat but it would be fair for you ustaadh to place also what the shaykh said en commentated extra after he said this speech. This is not everything. Please tell the viewers also what he said more after this, that would bring more in perspective. HayaakAllah.
I know why he's upset: you don't expect from the people who follow the maddhab of the Salaf to behave harshly against your brother in religion. He's angry at them (spubs) because he loves them and care for them. That's all.
I respect and take knowledge from the people of tawheed and sunnah. The purpose of seeking knowledge is to implement it in our lives so that we can draw nearer to Allah عز و جل. Is SPUBS not doing that? It just seems like the people/groups who are speaking negatively of SPUBS are doing so due to personal matters/feelings being hurt. Should we take things personal in matters of the religion? Also, does SPUBS state that we should blindly follow any individual other than the prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم? I respect you and commend your call to tawheed and the sunnah, but I have to be fair and state that I have learned many beneficial things from Abu Khadeejah, Shamsi, and Abu Iyaad. And I have never heard them say to blindly follow anyone other than the prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم At the end of the day, my deen is on the line when I return to Allah سبحانه و تعالى. That's what's most important to me. And I feel SPUBS is sharing that beneficial knowledge so that I can draw closer to Allah سبحانه و تعالى
We hav been getting hurt since day one. That we can ignore. We are speaking out cause, in spite of the good they have, they are harming the Da'wah. Some nobody sister started a campaign against us and some other Salafis accusing us of deviance and other things and warning the Muslims against us!!! This nonsense and ignorance has to stop. @@OneWayToParadise what? Brother please leave the politics. Alhamdulillah I'm currently studying usool as sunnah and adab al-mufrad from ustadh abu khadijah's recorded lessons for free. This is real knowledge, not like some eemaan seminars where a person would have to pay £££ for tickets which are only 3 day reminders and don't give the strong eemaan like beneficial knowledge does. Perhaps these seminars mention more stories than ahadith and ayat! The common folk need people like spubs because their dawah is saleem and salafi. Edit: The wording of the first paragraph was vague and brother Abu Musab understood it to mean I was referring to him regarding the seminars which is not the case. The intent was that spubs teach books of the salaf whereas some other western callers (NOT REFERRING TO ABU MUSAB) do eemaan seminars that charge money and have little benefit in the long term. SPUBS has provided us with a lot of beneficial translations of videos and books of the scholars that (I think) any group upon the sunnah has, and I don't think anyone can deny that. So Allah is helping us to benefit through them a lot alhamdulillah. People love to speak about them without ever confronting them personally and that just isn't right as muslim brothers. Plus it's easier to put out Islamic content as a group/institution rather than as an individual, hence the creation of the publication group known as SPUBS.
We never denied their good. But those of them who keep attacking us unjustly need to be told off. You knock on the door and you will get a response. They have not left us alone for years. Made videos and actively warned against us. Please go advise them instead.

You, my dear brother, whether you like it or not, are a da'ee and therefore a person of influence that can change people's opinions in seconds and so you should make matters like this extremely clear cuz now for example some of the brothers are gonna go out into the world after watching this video telling everyone they see to avoid SPUBS and when asked why they'll most likely refer it back to you. This is a serious issue cuz you might have just stopped them from acquiring a lot of khair which they would have gotten from those translated books and videos for example. @@OneWayToParadise Wallahi akhi the motives of the specific brothers you're referring to are unknown, and the brothers at spubs aren't easily reachable except for sheikh Hassan as-Somali who has a group dedicated to asking questions. And alhamdulillah that has made it easy for us to speak to and even advise you like this. Lakin as Muslims upon the manhaj we can only try to create excuses for all our brothers upon the truth and think well of them, whether their involved with spubs or not, since that is part of our deen. But it must be said that plenty refutations have come as a result of the large amount of callers to falsehood and ignorance. It must also be said that some of the students of the brothers at spubs do have the extreme salafi trait and that is usually a result of their own misunderstanding of the manhaj sometimes ta'assub. But Allah knows best who is in the right and who is in the wrong, and who carries enmity in their heart and who doesn't. I call them extreme refuters who isolate themselfs and are hard against the muslims. A shaykh for example calls to tawheed / sunnah and they call him a deviant for no reason, SubhanAllaah. The list of scholars who they follow gets smaller and smaller. Also when they see a takfeeri for example they get harder and more confined of there way. May Allaah guide us all en and unite all Salafi/Sunnis.

Assalam Alaikum you should start with the easier books to read and build your way up. Maybe before Tafseer Ibn Kathir you can read Tafseer Jalalain and As-Sa'di. Books of Aqeedah are foundational & important like: Usool-at Thalatha (Sheikh Assim-al Hakeem has a good explanation on his channel), Kitab at-Tawhid, Al-Aqidah Al-Waasitiyyah, Luma' tul Itiqa'd. For hadith, get commentaries on the 40 Hadith of Imam Nawawi, Sahih al Bukhari & Riyad-us Saaliheen on Darussalam or the Salafi Bookstore. For Fiqh, A Summary Of Islamic Jurisprudence by Shaykh Salih Al-Fawzan

I also want to read a books of islamic history from the khilafa of Abu Bakr till 1700 or 1900 s
Adil Nadeem oh ok I get what you mean. I would also personally recommend one of my favorite scholars as well such as Ibn Rajab Al Hanbali RA. Books that he wrote like: The Key to Paradise, The Journey to Allah, the purification of the soul, the excellency of knowledge, the humility in prayer etc.. there’s a lot more. For Ibn al Qayyim RA: Patience & Gratitude, the soul’s journey after death, the Keys to happiness, inner dimensions of prayer, provisions of the hereafter, one hundred pieces of advice. These are just some recommendations there’s a lot more as well. For Ibn Taymiyyah RA definitely read the diseases of the hearts & their cures, the principle of love & desire, life after death and the affairs of the unseen. Discipline the soul by Ibn al Jawzi
Waalaikumasalaam I'm not Abu Mussab but think always whether you are blind following a sheikh over our Prophet Muhammad (Alayhi Salaatu Wa Salaam). If you find yourself spending time trying to expose and find the faults in people instead of spending more time with the Quran then there might be a problem. Are you labelling people as innovators or kaafir instantly without knowing the full story? There's a problem there too. Moreover it is already a blessing that you are worried about this stuff. May Allah bless you and keep us all guided in the balanced and perfect religion of Islam.
Also if you are finding yourself harsh tongued and ill-mannered towards the Muslims that's a really bad sign too. I've noticed a common trend that they say they are on the path of the Salaf but they have 0 manners and kindness and in fact you should be able to tell from the harshness in their voice and speech in certain matters whether you should stay away from them or not.

I spent a good time learning regarding this subject and I asked Allāh for His Help and Guidance, Alhamdulillāh, I have now grasped this subject as much as I could and now know how to stay away from this evil to the best of my ability by the Grace of Allāh. I had gotten exposed to this evil and due to having less knowledge, I was having a serious problem distinguishing the right from the wrong. One of the reasons would be because it seems very fair-seeming and only the one with knowledge would be able to know it - a person would make Tabd'ī and would present evidences in such a way which would leave one less in knowledge to accept his ruling whether it would be wrong or right. Alhamdulillāh, I understand now and there is much for me to understand. I also added in my playlist by which one can benefit from, regarding this issue, which can educate one. Sheikh Al-Albānī and Sheikh Ibrāhīm Ar-Ruhaylī, as well as Sheikh Sālih As-Suhaymī have touched on this subject very well.
I'm just curious if the conflict between you and spubs is resolved. I've been following the dawah of shamsi for roughly 2 years and I'm guided to salafiyah alhamdulillah 3 years ago. Recently discovered your channel and I'm loving your work. I love duaat of salafiyah for the sake of Allah including you as well as shamsi. I am a bit confused , you people always say , if you go against SPUBS their particular sheikh rabii hafidahullah or apose the view of their sheikh rabii madkhali and then take the view of other scholars they will throw you of from salafi... My questions are 1- which view did you people aposed from their sheikh rabii? 2- what are the names of other scholars that you took the views from that made SPUBS unhappy and throw you off ??
