@@Bixby-and-Buckshot which brings up another good point from that engagement and my tanking in general, I never aim for a track shot, only damaging shots… if I had not bounced off of the second one once, or just tracked them, I could’ve had two tank kills in that engagement.
3:50 and that's why you turn off stab when your turret is broken. It is also the only time when you want your stab to be off ^^ Also that whole clip at 8:30 was pure comedy gold !
3:50 the rep station next to me was built inside of me and jumped the tank up and to the side, unavoidable. You're absolutely correct though! 8:30 yep, felt like i was in one of the old silent films at the time!

I dont want to down talk that clip but it doesnt really when the abrams crew youre up against is mentally challenged. I mean just look at what the abrams on the left was doing and the lead abrams on the road was EASILY close enough to canon breach the t72b3 which is a 3 shot kill yet the gunner kept lobbing rounds assumingly into the front plate which despite in terms of realism not being accurate, is one of the t72s strong points in squad.
You only watch videos propaganda allows you to see. RU-vid has tons of videos with US army fucking up terrorists, but there are no videos of terrorists killing coalition forces. Same with current war. You plebs cant do a simple fact check. Generations change, but people are still stupid and believe everything that propaganda feeds them, even with modern technologies.
@@deemwinch ???? I have spent hours a day since this conflict began collecting war footage. I have hundreds if not thousands of Images and videos saved from this conflict. I have well over 50 videos and images of destroyed Ukrainian vehicles. Do not tell me what I “fall for” based of one simple and clear observation that has nothing to with propaganda. I can find videos of terrorists killing Americans, but I bet you can’t find a foreign nation destroying over 1000 American IFVs and 100s of American tanks in under a month. The loses Russia is experiencing while still trying to put on a facade of a superpower is embarrassing. I am more than happy to share everything I have saved with someone less informed as yourself. In the meantime, shut up and send more of Putin’s dogs to be slaughtered.
Great gameplay, I would love to play on servers where they play as serious as this but I’ve always been way too intimidated and feel like I’ll mess up. This was crazy to watch
This game has the atmosphere and feeling down very nice. other things are not quite as satisfying sometimes, but the feel of winning a tank fight is always good.
@@A_person yeah, they *definitely* should have killed our tank, and i coulda got both in that engage if i had not bounced one, but it was good enough to live, and we ended up finding the other one about 10 minutes later after it had repaired. was a good game for us!
the one clip i think will end up being okay with accidental background noise... yes as mentioned in another comment that clip does have an insym video in the background. i try to keep the background noise to a minimum, but i wasn't assuming i was going to get a clip from that game...

Because warthunder and Squad have different ways they handle damage. They’re both videogames as well, I doubt much would survive a real APFSDS shell penning the hull.
Squad is a HP sistem warthunder is a internal modules sistem. Other thing that in squad your sight is the gunner sight, in warthunder ground RB you sight is in the canon. I you play ground SIM you will se that you are firing through the gunner sight and this means that the bullets have a deviation. Also if you have played SIM as much as I had played you will know that killing a Rusian tank is little tricky due that the weakspot are the driver port and the turret ring, zones that are quite small. Also if you fire all the time to the hull you won't pen the tank The same is aply to the Abrams. Those Abrams have recived 4 hits in the turret ring and upper hull and they survived thing that would have been a kill of atleast 3 crew members just with the first shot
i cann tell you if you if you want to play Squad for tanks Dont do it its a waste of 50 euros the HP system in the game is Jackshit it fucked me up so many time Side shots into a t72 engine with a Dart round didnt kill his engine or Critical hits like hitting ammo just dont do enough damage and the random BS bounces all dough Post scriptum looks good didnt try it becuse i aint gonna waste another 50 euro for a Milsim game but it seems good from YT videos i would Stick to WT or Play Gunner Heat PC
@@rayotoxi1509 well too late for that, I’m already 700h deep lol I’ve had a relatively different experience from you though, there is an aspect of “meh, kinda sucks” to the hp system, it also makes it relatively balanced and predictable. Four penetrating shots to kill, unless you can hit the ammo twice. It won’t work for some people, but it’s also enjoyable in its own way, and unlike GHPC or WT, you’re operating a full crew in the tanks, so it’s a new and enjoyable (if you find crew you like) playstyle when compared to the previously mentioned games where you operate the whole tank yourself.
jeah i had a situation where i shot a T72 engine from the side and it didnt kill his engine if it had killed his engine he would be dead but not Jackshit Hitpoint system fucked me over and he keept driving up the hill and over it and his buddy later came and tracked us and killed us with 2 rounds from near 90% hp
They made infantry held anti tank weapons useless. I had a moment yesterday where a btr82a took a tow right into the turret from above, the fucker drove off a cliff and got stuck for a second in which i lobbed a tow straight into his turret basically from above and that thing didnt even start smoking. At the same time a warrior takes 4 lats to the side, a tow to the side, another tow to the front and fucking 60 25mm apfsds befor popping. Some vehicles have unbelivable broken OP armor they shouldnt have and equally broken OP main guns whilst other vehicles are simply useless. A 12.7x99 on a stryker outguns a fucking 30mm btr82a. That is the biggest fuck you to any kind of realism or balancing the game ever had.
t72 is a 3 shot kill to the canon breach (the area right around your barrel) whilst 2 shots below the abrams barrel have a 100% chance at killing his turret ring meaning guns out and you can just drive besides him and lob rounds into his side killing him with 2 more shos whilst also potentially setting his ammo off.
Yeah, i dunno. i've said in other comments, either their gunners were not very good, or our driver had us in a better position than i thought. though they seem to have thought we were going to die as well, so who knows. I got a good clip out of it though.
Mostly because we’ve been pavlov’d into it. If you have enough tank battles go poorly because your driver was moving you start to just tell them to stop XD
@@Dasher112 when u are reloading driver can do alot of job, give or take reload is 30sec, u can go to cover and get out of cover, especialy when you see that enemy is ready to shoot
Just goes to show how special vehicles like mbts and ifvs need a mandatory tutorial befor you can enter them. Id rather not utilize our MBTs in main then have some brainlet use it and get crushed by a insurgent t62 when theyre in a leo or abrams even having the better positioning. You clearly have some experience with vehicles, not 1000 hours straight but clearly enough to know the weakpoints of i guess most if not all tanks and how to position yourself somewhat reliable to get a good ambush or a couple bounces in (if no hull down positions are aviable). That alone is something 90% of armor players in squad miss which is honestly a disgrace for a game that used to have one of the most proffesional communities that didnt care about kills but about giving their best shot together with their team. That is exactly why squad doesnt have a MVP screen, XP, level unlocks or skins. The reward for working together in a team and knowing what you're doing is knowing that even if your team lost, that you and the rest gave it your best shot however thats far from what squad currently is.
Honestly there’s a lot that can’t be taught in a tutorial, a lot of game sense and trusting your crew mates. Which brings forward another issue, it’s a pub game lol
