Good Wishes Sir, Squats k baad pushups karna chahiye ya pahle ? And kya strenous exercises k baad cool down karne k liye let kar knees bend kar k pursed lips breathing kar sakte hain coz I've heard in yoga terminology pursed lips breathing called udhgeet pranayama which activates parasympathetic nervous system so, if we do pursed lips breathing lying down supine position, how many reps required to cool down ? as I've also heard that overdo may cause lightheadedness and anxiety. I have a question,some of you says that legs bit open a wide. Not exactly at 90°as body go forward. But you are doing it forward at 90°(ur knees alignment with body).
Our trainer makes us fo reps of 50 in one set of body weight squats Making us do total 200 squats in 4 sets Is it wrong Should we say no to it n try adding weights keeping rep range max 15 or 20

I am 55 years old. How many days I should do in a week and how long I should continue? However I have no problem to do 5 raps of 20 i.e 100 squat everyday.
@@Shubham-lr3fj first do some legs stretching, than jog for 20 minutes, then do only 3 sets of 5 squats! If you want to correct your posture, just try to sit on chair like you doing squats
Proper warmup, Walking & some cycling (start with low intensity) to improve muscles around your knees.... Once knee movement/strength is improved squats would be painless... You can then start doing squats along the way... Also keep an eye on the level of intensity your body can handle while dong squats, increase intensity only when you are comfortable with your current level as suggested in the video.....
